Genre Research
Within this post I am going to undertake research into the pop genre (the genre of our brief) - this will be completed through the analysis of three media texts that I have chosen. The main reason that I am completing this task will be to deepen my knowledge of the pop genre and decide what conventions I need to include within my own music video.

In conclusion, I have found that this research will benefit my other work as I now have an understanding as to what I will need to include within my own music video in order to achieve a successful outcome.
